GETTING STARTED

Human Behavior Changelog

Release notes across the full Human Behavior stack — the product app, browser SDK, ingestion pipeline, agents, and supporting services — covering new features, improvements, and bug fixes by version.

2.12.0

August 9, 2026

Highlights

  • Milestone: the marketing homepage shipped its finished form — cruise loop, swarm sections, and real navigation hubs — alongside a full Windows 95 landing experience at /win95: draggable section windows, desktop icons, real-page menus, a native pricing window, and a working system tray with a Discman player, wifi, and battery.

Improvements

  • Added Wall of Love to the Win95 page using the home carousel, with responsive columns and a sign-in modal that layers above Win95 windows.
  • Added Win95 pricing behaviors: yearly by default, a gifts dropdown on yearly, and a flat trial banner.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed the missing browser tab favicon.
  • Fixed SMS builder test runs not being assigned a sender number.
2.11.5

August 8, 2026

Improvements

  • Added funnel bar and funnel-shape visualizations with builder UI cleanup and an empty-state fix.
  • Isolated staging deploys from the production IAM role.
2.11.4

August 7, 2026

Improvements

  • Improved dashboard responsiveness with a stale-while-revalidate cache across agent lists, member counts, insights, monitoring, and issues overview, plus cached Intl formatters and memoized hot context values.
  • Synced the public /demo guided tour with the current product UI and hardened its spotlights, locks, and fixtures.
  • Polished the agent carousel visuals and the sign-in, go-to, and share modals.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed memories routes rejecting valid UUIDs and required project membership for Slack-triggered agent runs.
2.11.3

August 6, 2026

Improvements

  • Added public dashboard share links and sidebar agent slots.
  • Consolidated Quick actions into one bar with scoped record search.
  • Improved replay loading with a tail-only phase-2 fetch and an hour-long cache for immutable merges.
  • Added a per-agent From-number pool and first-text contact cards for SMS.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed live replay freezing on long sessions and flickering on multi-window sessions.
  • Fixed internal users leaking into live-user counts via stale dictionaries and presence aliases.
  • Fixed drifted event-count / user mismatches on Issues.
2.11.2

August 5, 2026

Improvements

  • Hardened the deploy pipeline: production deploys now refuse to run ahead of staging or off main, ECR images ship SHA-only tags under immutability, and crashed agent runs fail fast via heartbeat.
  • Added persistent metadata cursors and keyset event pagination to connection imports.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed inflated vendor cost-ledger numbers and restored agent ClickHouse isolation with accurate replay click counts.
2.11.1

August 4, 2026

Improvements

  • Improved billing robustness: atomic settings patches, webhook deduplication, dunning lockout, entitlement outage guards, and data collection gated on billing entitlement.
  • Grounded agent answers in cited tool evidence, with arithmetic checks on stated percentages.
  • Added a 90-day data purge for ended contracts and a public subprocessors page.
  • Added required review, dependency scanning, and code scanning to CI.
2.11.0

August 3, 2026

Highlights

  • Milestone: the auto-fix pipeline shipped — a first-party cloud coding agent that starts from a detected issue, builds a fix briefing from stored evidence, authenticates as a GitHub App, and opens PRs gated on blast-radius guardrails, verification levels, and an attempt cap.

Improvements

  • Added incremental archiver flushes so a long session costs the same as a short one, with live sessions followed across flushes and idle gaps.
  • Keyed live presence by session and dead-lettered failed ClickHouse batches in the archiver.
2.10.5

August 2, 2026

Improvements

  • Cut SMS and WhatsApp messaging over from Twilio to Telnyx with clear trial-destination errors.
  • Added pricing plans and the trial flow to billing, member invites from the get-started top bar, and settings plus sign-out in the project modal.
  • Improved replay asset fidelity: image-set and SVG sprite fragment rewrites, and three asset-fidelity gap fixes.
2.10.4

August 1, 2026

Improvements

  • Added spreadsheet affordances to the visitors grid and unified segments onto one condition model.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed the visitors grid dead-ending at its right edge and restored the production Path B state-grader deploy.
2.10.3

July 31, 2026

Improvements

  • Added search-first filters with an agent apply path, so agents can apply dashboard filters directly.
  • Changed cohorts to evaluate membership on read instead of storing members, and added chat dock placement preferences.
  • Added a replay fidelity badge and a richer replay inspector.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed event-triggered agent runs not appearing and added retry on model overload.
  • Fixed live sessions mounting slowly and unscrubbed in the player.
2.10.2

July 30, 2026

Improvements

  • Started dogfooding the HumanBehavior SDK on our own dashboard, with recording paused on /replays to avoid recursion.
  • Added a LaunchDarkly-style multi-tab Tab menu to replays, session exclusions, and live active-duration tracking.
  • Added a dedicated staging/production verification app, and extracted shared ClickHouse and Slack packages.
  • Patched transitive dependency advisories and bumped next-auth past critical Auth.js advisories.
2.10.1

July 29, 2026

Improvements

  • Hardened security across the app: claimed end-user identities verified with HMAC tokens, model-authored SQL run as a scoped ClickHouse user, stored customer HTML sandboxed behind a baseline CSP, untrusted issue titles kept out of agent prompts, and demo read-only enforced on the server.
  • Moved staging to staging.humanbehavior.co with redirects from the legacy hostname.
  • Let any member invite teammates while keeping the owner role owner-only, and indexed membership lookups.
2.10.0

July 28, 2026

Highlights

  • Milestone: launch readiness landed — wizard-driven install with card-required trials and Finish-setup gating, ClickHouse migrations tracked and applied in CI, and auth redirects, billing access flags, and the public status page cleaned up for real traffic.

Improvements

  • Allowed Slack agents from multiple projects in one workspace.
  • Let a full-price promo code start a plan without collecting a card, and allowed cancel during trial.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed the production onboarding replay player not rendering and a wizardCode redirect loop on get-started pages.
2.9.9

July 27, 2026

Improvements

  • Scoped Monitoring Issues, Performance, and Releases by environment.
  • Renamed the project role label from Project owner to Admin.
  • Expanded vendor cost ingest for runaway-spend monitoring.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed prototype proxy authentication and Next-to-UI-agent session forwarding for prototype runs.
2.9.8

July 26, 2026

Improvements

  • Added billing plans, trial gates, and payment recovery, charging real catalog prices.
  • Added a vendor cost ledger with an internal cost dashboard.
  • Added real owner/member role management to projects, HTML email delivery for agents, and connection import providers.
  • Stood up production ECS sidecar services.
2.9.7

July 25, 2026

Improvements

  • Polished the public /demo for beginners with product chrome parity.
  • Changed CI to Model B: main deploys staging, and a promote step ships production.
2.9.6

July 24, 2026

Improvements

  • Rebuilt the public /demo on real product surfaces with a guided product tour.
  • Renamed Monitoring to Issues and rebuilt its top bar.

Bugs squashed

  • Fixed onboarding counting built-in agents as the user's first agent.
2.9.5

July 22, 2026

Improvements

  • Added a production-shaped staging environment for event ingestion — a full mirror of the ingest path with its own deploy workflows — so SDK traffic can be tested without touching production.
2.9.4

July 21, 2026

Improvements

  • Added marketing product pages for agents, funnels, issues, prototypes, and replays, plus a public changelog, press page, and refreshed pricing and home sections.
2.9.3

July 20, 2026

Miscellaneous

  • Changed the marketing site to a new home page and fixed production build blockers.
